Women Empowerment
ADA encourages women’s empowerment in many areas including education, health, and economic opportunities:
Education: we intervene to achieve gender parity in primary education; we provide sewing training for girls.

Health: Our goal is to make sure women and girls hace access to improved health, water, and sanitation services.


Economic opportunities: We make efforts to help women entrepreneurs increase their yearly earnings by 68 % after securing a loan. We create opportunities for women to earn a wage.
Political represenatiom: We help women to successfully be part of democratoc elections and other community events.
Violence against women: We advocate for reduction in violence against women I Congo where rapes have been used as a weapon of war since 1996. We stand with local communities to advocate the restoaration of women’s health and dignity.
